My experience at The Eye Specialists is always exceptional. My recent annual examination with Dr. Hinco was no exception. Both Doctor and staff are excellent in explaining aspects of the examination in terms I can understand, and they make sure all of my questions are answered. More

The whole office, and Dr. Methani in particular, have been fantastic. I put my trust in them to do both of my cataract surgeries, and they came through in spades! And after surgery, I thought that I might have an issue (it was mostly allergies and oil in my tear ducts), but they had me come the very same day. Twice. I highly recommend Dr. Methani! Dr. Mehtani is the wonderful. He answers questions, explains treatment options and has great follow up. He performed surgery on my eyes and I had an outstanding result. I have had been treated by multiple eye doctors over the years, and he is the best I have had. More

Years ago Dr Mehtani recommended that I get checked for diabetes and good thing because I did have diabetes and had to make some changes. So I'm grateful. Another time it was rheumatoid arthritis and he was right yet again. I feel Dr. Mehtani has saved me a few times and he always explains things to me so I understand completely and know what to do for my eye care. More

The best eye doctors in town. I have seen 3 of the medical doctors in this office and all of them are fantastic. They are so thorough and kind. Dr. Vu is by far the best Optometrist in town. I’ve seen him for years and now my son sees doctor Vu. He is the one to see if you need contacts or glasses. More

Over the weekend I developed a swollen and painful eye condition. I called the office first thing Monday morning and was able to get in within 45 minutes! I was so amazed and very grateful. Dr. Vu saw me immediately, explained what I had, prescribed medication and home care. Within 24 hours the swelling and pain were greatly diminished and I was feeling much better about eye’s health. Thank you to everyone in the office for your quick response and helpfulness! More

I had a very good experience with my visit with Dr. Mehtani and found him to be professional and friendly. The entire exam was pain free and comfortable! Dr Mehtani answered my questions without making me feel rushed. He showed me on a screen my eye health and explained the results of my tests in a way that was clear and understandable to me. I had an appointment with Dr. Vu and Dr. Mehtani on Wednesday. I did not have to wait for someone to usher me in for an eye scan shortly after I arrived--- which was followed by meeting with Dr. Vu. Dr. Vu is professional and personable and we had a good discussion about my issues. He answered my questions adequately and I felt good about the meeting.Next I met with Dr. Mehtani. He was very knowledgable and spent time explaining and talking about my condition. We had a very informative dialogue and he was patient and did not rush our time together. I appreciate both Doctors and thank them for assuring me and discussing how to perform home care for my situation. Highly recommended. More

Dr Bosetti preformed Cataract surgery on both my eyes recently. I am a retired architect and my vision became cloudy to the point I had trouble driving at night because of the glare and was easily blinded by contrasting bright sunlight and deep shadow. Dr Bosetti diagnosed cataracts in both eyes and recommended lens transplants. He was thorough in testing, clearly answered all questions. The surgery was a overwhelming success. Thinking about how to express my satisfaction and gratitude I concluded that the name of the business says it all: "The Eye Specialists".  Over the past six months my wife and I have both been diagnosed and had cataract surgery with replacement lenses and the results are nothing short of life changing. For however many years we have left on this earth I can honestly say that thanks to all the dedicated professionals at this business our lives will be immensely more enjoyable and safe now that our vision has been restored to something close to what we enjoyed in our youth.  The communication skills so critical for determining the individual needs of each patient are finely honed by years of experience;  Dr Vu, Dr Bossetti and his assistant Laura, and Dr Jameson were all very attentive to each and every question or concern and very helpful in guiding us both through a very complicated path full of choices and decisions to arrive at the very best result for each patient. In addition I would note that we dealt with numerous other staff members from the front reception desk to a multitude of assistants who handled various measurements and instructions on how to handle our home care regime after surgery and again I can only say they are all dedicated professionals who really are a tribute to what I consider some of the best medical care I have received in many years.  Being a rather inquisitive person I was always asking questions and was totally impressed with the level of knowledge and willingness to take the time to provide a detailed and easy to understand answer by every member of the staff from the Doctors to the staff on the front desk.  Furthermore reading the complaints about waiting time I have to say any business as good as this one is going to have a high flow of patients in order to make a profit under the stringent constraints of Medicare and insurance guidelines for payment.  Observing the office flow I can only say I think they do an excellent job of handling the high volume of patients they see each day with minimal delays compared to other medical facilities I have done business with.  It is an imperfect world and our medical services are constantly evolving with some growing pains along the way, but in my humble estimation "The Eye Specialists" are a perfect example of some of the best results of our evolving medical system. Finally in closing this review I would like to add that while the technical and communication skills and resulting outcome of the surgeries of my wife and I are absolutely awesome and a source of enduring gratitude and respect for everyone at this business there is one other item I feel worthwhile to make note of.  They have all been doing their jobs for a long time and yet they remain enthusiastic and excited about what they can do for each patient.  Dr Bosetti and Dr Jameson can only be described as having unbridled joy and love of the care they provide to their patients. Dr Vu is just a little more reserved but once you get him started talking he is equally caring and responsive to his patients. The enthusiasm and positive attitude seems to be the norm in all the other staff members and it is truly remarkable and a pleasant experience from a very satisfied patient point of view. More

Dr. Jameson was also very friendly and informative. Appointment reminders are sent ahead of time both by post card and by phone call. Cancellations are accepted graciously and in this time I've never felt the need to complain about anything save once ... I had a prescription either mis-read or mis-ground by their optical company. After rechecking my eyes, the prescription was resent and the reground glasses were returned ... with, of course, no additional charge.The waiting room is large, their are 16 to 20 lobby type cushioned chairs. Sometimes the waiting room is full; sometimes nearly empty. Depends on timing.I noticed people in the thread complaining about multi-scheduling of appointments. ALL medical offices do that. I've rarely waited longer than ten minutes to see the optometrist to get my prescription checked; and once done, rarely more than ten minutes for my appointment with the ophthalmologist. I always bring a book, but then, I always take a book everywhere.Dr. Vu and Dr. Jamison are my optometrist and ophthalmologist and each have always answered all my questions to the level of detail I desired (I have some grounding in science) and have been courteous about doing so.When getting fitted for my glasses, the technician fitting and adjusting has been spot on ... and when I've come in for a screw replacement for an errant temple screw, they've assisted with a smile and cleaned those nose pads as well.So ... for me ... five stars. My eyes are in good hands - Dr. Bosetti likes to joke with me at the start of the visit but when he gets down to business he gets very serious and I can tell he really cares about my health. When I needed cataract surgery he explained all of the options to me, and provided his recommendation--not the most expensive option, the one that he thought was right for me!! I followed his advice and the results were great. Very grateful for my improved sight. More

I personally am not Dr. Jameson's patient, but she has taken care of both of my children. My younger daughter was afraid of the doctor and didn't want to go, but my older daughter was excited because she thought glasses were cool (I don't know why? They are cute on her though!). Anyway, Dr. Jameson helped my younger daughter relax and even crack a smile during her examination, and my older daughter had a lot of fun picking out glasses! I got both girls sunglasses too, since they spend a lot of time outside playing soccer. More
